BE Investment began its journey in Lombok by focusing on villa sales, property brokerage, and supporting international buyers entering the local real estate market. During this period, the company established its first network of trusted legal, construction, and local business partners.

2021- Building trust

The company's activities expanded into villa rentals, renovation projects, and land sourcing services. Strong relationships were built with local communities, landowners, contractors, and government authorities, creating a solid foundation for future developments.

2022- Prabu Hills is born

The launch of the Prabu Hills development marked a major milestone, shifting the company's focus from brokerage to real estate development. This project laid the foundation for the company's core values of quality, transparency, and long term investment.

2023- Accelerating the vision

Development activities accelerated with the expansion of the Prabu Hills concept, strengthening partnerships with architects, engineers, contractors, and international investors. The company refined its end to end development process, covering everything from land acquisition to construction.

2024- A home in Kuta

Through new strategic partnerships, BE Investment entered a new phase of growth and opened its first office in Kuta, Lombok. The company expanded its services to provide a complete investment solution, including legal assistance, design, project management, and construction.

2025- A growing portfolio

The portfolio continued to grow with new residential developments, land acquisitions, and infrastructure projects. The company further strengthened its international network while continuing to invest in the development of local communities and long term partnerships across Lombok.

2026- Fully integrated

Today, BE Investment operates as a fully integrated real estate development company, offering comprehensive services from due diligence and land sourcing to architecture, construction, villa management, and rental operations.
